The Michelin Guide has added four more San Francisco restaurants to its prestigious culinary catalogue. The French tire company’s publication on Wednesday named Chinatown's Four Kings, the Financial District’s Verjus, SoMa’s The Wild and the Embaracadero’s Prelude as four of 15 new additions to its list of top eateries in California.

Today, the Michelin Guide announced 14 new additions to the Florida selection of restaurants, six of which are in Orlando.

The year of Michelin honors is officially under way. The dining world’s prestigious Michelin Guide on Wednesday named 15 restaurants in the Bay Area, Central Coast and Southern California as “new discoveries” — a prelude to the release later this year of its California stars.
