The Golden State Warriors have provided an update for Jonathan Kuminga ahead of Tuesday night's game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Unfortunately for the Warriors, they may be without two of their key players in Tuesday's matchup as both Jonathan Kuminga and Gary Payton II are listed on their injury report. Kuminga is listed as questionable due to a pelvic contusion that he suffered in Sunday's victory over the San Antonio Spurs after he suffered a hard fall.

They currently hold sixth place in the West with a 43-31 record, but they're just half a game ahead of the seventh-place Minnesota Timberwolves. Meanwhile, Memphis is in fifth place at one game ahead of the Warriors with a 44-30 record.

Kuminga was likely ruled out just to play it safe, as he had already missed time this season because of that same ankle — 31 games, to be exact. Head coach Steve Kerr also spoke

There are concerns that Kuminga could be back on the shelf again after this one. The fourth-year pro exited the game against the Spurs and went to the locker room after taking a hard fall. The official designation for him not returning was right ankle soreness.

This is after Jonathan Kuminga was forced to exit the game after playing just seven minutes off the bench. The 22-year-old forward suffered a bad fall as he drove to the basket, and unfortunately, he ended up re-injuring his right ankle.
