Immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela were allowed into the U.S. under a Biden-era parole policy.

The program was extended through April 2. Noem found the TPS program allowed "a significant population of inadmissible or illegal aliens" to settle in the country, including members of Tren de Aragua.
