The Jazz made an unusual trade on Tuesday evening, sending out three lesser future picks for one potentially premium pick, albeit six years down the road.

BROOKLYN – The Phoenix Suns are acquiring multiple first-round draft picks from the Utah Jazz to put themselves in a better position to make a trade. The Suns are sending their 2031 first-round pick to the Jazz for three first-round selections, ESPN’s Shams Charania first reported Tuesday evening. The Suns announced the trade later in the day.
