While it's physically compatible with the 5th Gen M1 iPad Pro 12.9", there's a slight thickness difference in the 5th Gen iPad, which means the fit isn't 100% perfect. It'll close, but not as seamlessly as you'd hope.

I opted for the 10th gen because after factoring in the sale price and trade-in, it's only going to cost $250. I have my MBP for heavy lifting, which is why I opted for the base iPad model.

2007年6月17日 · Honestly, when the primary use case is "watching Netflix and casual web browsing when traveling" the basis iPad 9th gen would be my first recommendation. Everything about it and the A13 is more than great for those use cases, and it is very cheap so breaking or loosing it while traveling won't sting as much as with a more expensive option.
